Tony Dudley has himself had 40 years experience in Fabrication & Erection of Structural Steel.

Commencing work in boilermaking with Teralba Engineering in 1979 and simultaneously studying at TAFE, he rapidly clocked-up experience, and was completing entire projects by mid-1980. Some of these projects were chutes & various size bins for the Newcastle BHP Steel Mill. By the end of his Apprenticeship in 1983 he had been instrumental in fully rebuilding the entire Plant at Teralba Quarry.

Over the years Tony continued to accumulate vast experience in the Fabrication & Erection of Structural Steel while working with and subcontracting to Teralba Engineering. He inherited the business 15 years ago, merging it with his own company, Calson Pty Ltd.

Teralba Engineering had lots of contracts with BHP, as well as various Sydney based builders for the supply & installation of Service Station Canopies & Buildings.

They have handled fabrication & installation for Service Stations & various other Steel Structures, and completed many large roofing projects requiring the operation of cranes and large construction machinery.

The past 15 years the demand for us to supply & fix cladding has been more apparent. We have employed licenced Carpenters & Plumbers to work along side our Tradesmen to provide the Customer with a complete Structural Steel & Cladding Package. We have also on some independent fuel outlets, provided Footings Structural Steel Cladding & Lighting.

Most of the Service Stations & Factory Buildings were mainly contracts through Sydneybased Builders, some of whom we still work for today.
